In addition, payment information such as bank details or credit card numbers is collected when the order is placed.

In the course of contacting us via our contact form, the following personal data is always collected: name, e-mail address. In addition, if you provide us with this information voluntarily: first name, street, zip code, city, country, telephone number.

In the course of contacting us by e-mail, the following personal data is always collected: your e-mail address.

When registering for our newsletter, the following personal data is collected: Your e-mail address. If you also enter this voluntarily, title, first name and/or surname will also be collected.

The personal data you provide (title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will be stored legally and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. Of course, your data will be treated confidentially.

3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will only be used for order processing without your separate consent. For the delivery of the goods, however, it is necessary to pass on your address data to our parcel service provider. They are obliged to treat your data confidentially and to use it exclusively for the purpose of delivery. For payment processing, your payment data will be sent to the commissioned bank, in the case of payment via PayPal to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. passed on. Any further transfer of personal customer data to third parties does not take place.
